More specifically, it is men who search to lose weight or want to build bigger muscles. People that might be interested in your book might also be interested in health and fitness. 

There are social networking groups under all of those subjects.  If you can’t find a group that encompasses your target market, you can create one.  Groups, clubs and forums serve as a backdrop for internet viral marketing.

When you send mass e-mails, be sure that what you have to say is relevant, unique and interesting. Otherwise, you could be wasting valuable time. Your e-mail should be grammatically correct.  There should be no spelling errors. If English is not your specialty have someone edit your communications for you.  While some people might not notice, others certainly will.
